Terms of Use

1. Who we are; what this is

These Terms govern your use of Ceno’s website and waitlist, operated by Ceno Group Inc., a Delaware corporation. Ceno is not yet a registered broker-dealer or a member of FINRA or SIPC. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security, and no brokerage, investment, or advisory services are being provided. Joining the waitlist does not open, and does not entitle you to, a brokerage account.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and reside in the United States to join the waitlist. By joining, you represent that this is true and that the email address you provide is yours.

3. The waitlist

Your place in line may reflect when you joined and referrals attributed to your link. Referral credit is subject to these Terms and may be confirmed, rejected, or removed during fraud review. Positions, invites, badges, and early-access perks have no monetary value, are not transferable, are not securities or property, and may be modified, re-ranked, or discontinued by Ceno at any time. Access to any future product will be subject to separate terms, eligibility, and account approval.

4. Referrals; fair play

You may not refer yourself, use bots, scripts, purchased lists, disposable email addresses, or misrepresent Ceno when promoting your link. We may remove referrals, revoke invites, or remove anyone from the waitlist for abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

5. No investment advice

Content on this site, including product demonstrations, sample holdings, prices, and translated news headlines, is for information only and is not investment advice or a recommendation of any security. Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal. Foreign securities involve additional risks, including currency fluctuation.

6. Intellectual property

The site, the Ceno name, and all content are owned by Ceno or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

7. Disclaimers; limitation of liability

The site and waitlist are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ceno will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, opportunity, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or waitlist. Ceno’s total liability for any claim will not exceed $100.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms or discontinue the waitlist at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Delaware law, without regard to conflicts of law.
