What this covers

This Privacy Policy describes how Ceno Group Inc. (“Ceno,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website or join our waitlist. Ceno is not yet a registered broker-dealer, and the services described on this site do not include brokerage services.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and, if offered and you choose to respond, answers to a short interest survey, how you heard about us, and a referral code if someone invited you.

We automatically collect limited technical information, including IP address, browser or device type, a random browser identifier, pages visited, referral source, and basic activity used for security, anti-abuse, and analytics. We do not collect Social Security numbers, government IDs, bank or brokerage account numbers, or financial information through this site.

How we use it

We use information to operate the waitlist, attribute referrals, send waitlist and product updates, understand interest in Ceno, prevent fraud and abuse, improve the site, and comply with law.

How we share it

We may share information with service providers that help us run the site, deliver email, analyze usage, operate the waitlist, and prevent abuse. This may include PostHog for product analytics. We may also share information when required by law or legal process and in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, or similar corporate transaction. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies and tracking

We use browser storage and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and abuse prevention. Waitlist analytics sent to PostHog use random identifiers rather than your email address.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Contact legal@ceno.com for privacy requests. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

Children

The site and waitlist are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
